The Trouble With Terkel

Terkel is a miserable, unhappy sixth grader who is constantly picked on by two merciless bullies. One day Terkel finds a way to be cool, sadly it involves making fun of his best friends' sister and his girlfriend, what is a sixth grader to do? She ends up throwing herself out a window which only makes Terkel more popular. Now dealing with popularity Terkel finds solace is booze, guns and everything American. Terkel turns to his teacher, a stoned out hippie with intentionally hilarious results. Watch this Danish equivalent of South Park in outrageous pixar like animation.

Not your typical superhero movie

THIS IS A MOVIE FOR ADULTS, WITH SOME VERY DARK CONTENT AND ALOT OF NUDITY.
OVERALL A VERY ENTERTAINING MOVIE THAT KEPT MY ATTENTION FOR THE ENTIRE 2 HR 47MIN. YOU DONT HAVE TO BE AN AVID FAN OF THE COMIC BOOK, BECAUSE THE MOVIE TAKES YOU THROUGH MOST OF THE CHARACTERS BACK STORIES WHILE STILL KEEPING THE PLOT MOVING FORWARD. THIS IS A REAL TWIST ON A SUPERHERO MOVIE, BUT I CAN NOT STRESS ENOUGH THAT IT IS DEFINITLY RATED "R".
